General
Q. What do I have to do to enroll my dog in All For Doggies?
A. Your dog must meet all of our requirements. You must then come and visit our facility for a tour, interview, and to fill out paperwork. It's important that you see our facility and understand how we are taking care of your dog.

Q. How are the dogs kept in the vans?
A. If your dog is going being transported by All For Doggies, he/she is required to wear a harness. There are some dogs that are strapped in by the harness to tie bars, while some are allowed to move freely about the customized K-9 transport van.

Q. What are the pick-up and drop-off times for daycare and boarding?
A. The pick-up and drop-off times are between 8:30 - 10:30AM and 2:30 - 5:00PM. These pick-up and drop-off windows are not guaranteed and depend largely in part to traffic, weather, and road conditions.

Q. Do you often have altercations between dogs?
A. Since all of the dogs that stay at All For Doggies are temper tested, we do not have many altercations between our dogs. However, the temper test does not prevent a possible confrontation. We have experienced many cuts, scratches, and bites that usually occur as the result of some rough playing.

Q. Do I need to bring for proof of vaccinations?
A. You need to provide written proof from a licensed veterinarian that your dog's Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations are current. We also strongly suggest that you have your dog on a flea prevention and heartworm prevention program.

Q. How can I make schedule changes?
A. Currently, you must make all your scheduling changes by calling All For Doggies. Please leave a message in the "Scheduling Changes" voicemail box if you do not speak with an All For Doggies representative. You will need written or verbal confirmation for boarding schedule changes. All other service schedule changes are confirmed upon receipt unless you hear otherwise from All For Doggies.

Q. How do you bill?
A. Daycare clients who purchase visits on credit will receive a "Usage Statement" once a month. It is your responsibility as a daycare client that your credits do not fall below zero. For all other products or services, all payments are due when services are rendered. There may be a deposit required if your dog participates in our Board and Train program.

Q. What happens if your dog gets sick or hurt at All For Doggies?
A. All For Doggies approaches each and every day with the goal to provide a safe and healthy environment for your dog. However, from time to time, there may be a situation that is beyond our control, which may result in your dog being hurt. All For Doggies will be responsible to make sure that your dog receives the appropriate care. However, you are financially responsible for any professional fees that are incurred for your dog.

Q. What is your policy in extreme weather conditions?
A. If weather and road conditions do not permit us to operate our equipment and facilities safely, All For Doggies may cancel service. You will be notified via telephone if such a situation should arise.

Q. What do you do with sick dogs?
A. Dogs that may become sick while under our care are isolated and carefully monitored. If medical attention is required, we will make an appointment for your dog at your veterinarian. In emergency situations, we will take your dog to the best qualified and closest licensed veterinarian.

Q. What do you do with a dog that isn't getting along with the other dogs?
A. Dogs that are not getting along with other dogs are given a chance to rest in a 5' by 5' run until such time as he or she is ready to be introduced back to the playgroup under careful supervision.

Q. Do I have to do anything in the morning before your arrive to pick-up my dog?
A. YES. All For Doggies is not a walking service. We are an exercising service. Please make sure that your dog has done all of his/her business (#1 and #2) before we arrive in the morning. Please make sure that he/she is wearing his/her collar, ID tags, and harness before we arrive. For additional information, please also check out our Daycare and Boarding To Do's.
